Please be aware that application submission does not guarantee approval for residency, nor does it hold a property.

RENTAL APPLICATION CRITERIA

One or more of the following will likely result in the denial of your rental application:

INCOME:

  • Gross income less than 3 times the monthly rent. Income must be verified with the 2 most recent pay stubs or tax returns.

CREDIT HISTORY:

  • An average credit score below 580

  • Open bankruptcy

RENTAL HISTORY:

  • An eviction within the past 3 years OR 2+ evictions within the last 10 years

  • Money owed to another management company

CRIMINAL HISTORY:

  • Conviction for the manufacture and/or distribution of a controlled substance within the past 5 years.

  • Being a registered sex offender
