Here at SHIELD Property Management, most properties that SHIELD manages are pet friendly with owner approval and an additional deposit/monthly fee.

However, some property owners do not allow pets or may have specific restrictions so it is always best to check the specific property listing or reach out to us with questions.

The following dog breeds or mixed breeds containing any of the following are NOT permitted due to insurance and liability issues:

  • Pit Bull

  • Doberman

  • Rottweiler
